Returns a paginated list of users participating in a challenge, ordered by score.
This endpoint provides rankings based on challenge performance, with the highest-scoring user appearing first.

This endpoint is availble to clients using the client credentials grant.
When using the authorization code flow grant the authorized user must be an Owner to use this endpoint.
