Returns a paginated list of class templates available in the system.
Class templates are predefined workout programs created using the class creator.
These templates can be optionally associated with a class but are not required for scheduling or creating a class.
Required Scope: read:classes_and_bookings
Required Role:
This endpoint is availble to clients using the client credentials grant.
When using the authorization code flow grant the authorized user must be an Owner or Coach to use this endpoint.
