Timezone correction in endpoint responses

https://ext-api.myzone.org/v1/moves/{accountId}

The start and end datetimes in the response are now returned in the accounts timezone

https://ext-api.myzone.org/v1/classes/{classId}/occurrences/

The datetime of occurences in the response is now returned in the facilities timezone

https://ext-api.myzone.org/v1/classes/occurrences/{occurrenceId}/

The datetime of occurence in the response is now returned in the facilities timezone
